Arzoo has been practicing Reiki herself; and believes it is an amazing tool that helps the body to breathe; and to heal inside out. ​

 

 

What is Reiki? 

 

  • Reiki (pronounced Ray-key) is a form of natural healing involving the laying on of hands, and it works with Universal life-force energy.   

  • Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive healing modality that heals on physical, mental, and emotional levels.

  • It stimulates the body's energy and makes it flow smoothly, removing any blockages such as stress or heavy emotions. 

  • People experience sleepiness, clarity, relaxation, and/or warmth or tingling during a Reiki session. These are all natural reactions to the healing. 

  • The practitioner channels the life-force energy into the client through their hands, supporting the body's own healing by creating a safe space.

About the Practictioner

Arzoo Syeddah

Certified Reiki Practitioner | Sufi healer |Alchemist

 

Your healing journey is guided by Arzoo Syeddah, a certified ethnic Reiki practitioner based in Wellington, New Zealand. She comeses from a long and strong line of Pakistani Sufi healers; and is formally trained in Reiki healing (Master Usui lineage). Combining the healing traditions of her ancestors, with ancient Japanese Reiki, Arzoo finally decided to answer the deep call of her heart in 2025. To be a channel for Universal healing energy and offer it to the collective. 

 

Arzoo brings ancestral wisdom and professional expertise to every session with her calm approach. In doing so she is following and honoring the sacred path laid down by her ancestors who were healers for centuries. Her sessions help your body to relax, to exhale, and feel held.

 

 Arzoo aims to provide a sacred safe space where you can receive restorative healing; reset the energetic blueprint of your body, and leave feeling bright.
